摘要
目前,社会各界对于现代学徒制的研究越来越深入、越来越细致。本研究从学生管理角度出发,通过文献资料、访谈、实地调研等方法对南通开放大学现代学徒制试点项目进行调查研究,总结了试点工作中学生管理遇到的困难和问题,分析了原因,并对该项目采取的积极有效措施进行了归纳。
At present,the study of modern apprenticeship from all walks of life is more and more thorough and meticulous.From the perspective of student management,by means of literature,interviews and field research,the pilot project of modern apprenticeship in Nantong Open University was investigated and studied.The difficulties and problems encountered in the management of students in the pilot work are summarized and the reasons are analyzed.The positive and effective measures taken by the project are summarized.
