构建地方高等院校教学质量监控体系的实践研究

伴随着精英化教育向大众化教育的转变,地方高等院校的办学规模随之扩大,但其数量与质量之间的矛盾也日益凸显,教学质量问题已然成为人们普遍关注的焦点问题。科学、合理、有效的教学质量监控体系有助于提升教学质量及人才培养质量。文章在阐释相关概念的基础上,分析了地方高等院校教学质量监控体系存在的问题,并据此提出了相应的变革措施。

With the transformation from elite education to popular education,the scale of local colleges and universities has been expanded,but the contradiction between quantity and quality has also become increasingly prominent,and the problem of teaching quality has become the focus of people's attention.Scientific,reasonable and effective teaching quality monitoring system is helpful to improve teaching quality and personnel training quality.On the basis of explaining relevant concepts,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching quality monitoring system of local colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding reform measures accordingly.
