高校开展巡察工作的实践与思考

高校开展巡察工作,是贯彻落实全面从严治党向纵深发展、向基层延伸的迫切需要,有利于夯实基层党组织的主体责任、加强干部队伍建设、优化校园政治生态、推动自身健康发展。作者结合西北农林科技大学的巡察工作实践,对当前制约高校巡察工作效能发挥的因素和解决路径进行深入的思考和探索,力图更好地推动高校巡察工作的高质量发展。

Carrying out inspections in colleges and universities is to implement the urgent need to comprehensively administer the party in depth and develop in depth and extend to the grassroots level.It is conducive to consolidating the primary responsibility of grassroots party organizations,strengthening the building of cadres,optimizing the political ecology of campuses,and promoting their healthy development.Combining with the practice of patrolling work of Northwest A&F University,the author makes in-depth thinking and exploration of the current factors and solutions to restrict the effectiveness of patrol work in colleges and universities,and strives to better promote the high-quality development of patrol work in colleges and universities.
