麦角新碱联合缩宫素在瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of Ergometrine combined with Oxytocin in cesarean section of scarred uterus

目的分析麦角新碱联合缩宫素在瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的72例瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,通过双盲法将产妇分为A、B组,每组各36例。A组产妇单纯给予缩宫素,B组产妇给予麦角新碱联合缩宫素。观察两组患者的出血量、舒张压及收缩压、不良反应总发生率。结果B组产妇给药2、24 h后的出血量均少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组产妇的舒张压[(65±4)mmHg]、收缩压[(110±10)mmHg]均低于A组[(68±7)、(117±13)mmHg],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组产妇的不良反应总发生率为5.5%,低于A组的33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为避免瘢痕子宫发生产后出血,通过麦角新碱联合缩宫素进行治疗的方式,可以提高患者的临床效果,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Ergometrine combined with Oxytocin in cesarean section of scarred uterus.Methods A total of 72 parturients with scar uterine cesarean section treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects,and divided into group A and group B by double-blind method,with 36 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Oxytocin alone,and group B was treated with Ergometrine combined with Oxytocin.The amount of bleeding,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,total incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in group B was less than that in group A after 2 and 24 hours administration,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic pressure([65±4]mmHg)and systolic pressure([110±10]mmHg)of group B were lower than those of group A([68±7],[117±13]mmHg),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 5.5%,lower than 33.3%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to avoid postpartum hemorrhage of scarred uterus,Ergometrine combined with Oxytocin should be adopted to improve the treatment effect of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
