舒适护理在高压氧治疗患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy

目的探讨舒适护理在高压氧(HBO)治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院HBO治疗的300例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例。对照组采取基础护理方式,观察组在基础护理基础上采用舒适护理模式,比较两组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分;比较两组中耳气压伤总发生率、治疗次数。结果两组护理前的SDS、SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组护理后SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中耳气压伤总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效减轻HBO治疗患者焦虑心理,降低患者不良反应发生率,减少中耳气压伤发生,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy.Methods A total of 300 patients with HBO treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.By random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,150 cases in each group.In the control group,the basic nursing was used,while in the observation group,comfortable nursing was added besides the basic nursing.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The total incidence of middle ear barotrauma and the number of treatments were also compared in the two groups.Results Comparison of SDS and SAS scores between two groups before nursing,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of middle ear barotrauma in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of treatments in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively alleviate patient′s anxiety,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of middle ear barotraumas,and improve the treatment effect.
