综合护理对老年下肢骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Effectof comprehensive nursing on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures

目的研究综合护理对老年下肢骨折患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法选择2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的老年下肢骨折患者167例,按照随机信封法分为综合护理组(85例)和常规护理组(82例)。常规护理组给予一般护理措施,综合护理组在常规护理的基础上给予包括健康宣教、心理护理、饮食管理、早期康复训练的综合护理干预。比较两组DVT的发生率,心理状况和护理满意度。结果综合护理组DVT的发生率为2.35%,低于常规护理组的12.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合护理组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合护理组护理满意度评分高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能有效降低老年下肢骨折患者DVT的发生率,并改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures.Methods A total of 167 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures in our hospital were selected from June 2017 to June 2018.According to random envelope method,they were divided into the comprehensive nursing group(85 cases)and routine nursing group(82 cases).All patients in the routine nursing group were given routine nursing,the patients in comprehensive nursing group were given comprehensive nursing including health education,psychological care,diet management and early rehabilitation nursing besides routine nursing.Incidence of DVT,psychological status and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The incidence of DVT in the comprehensive nursing group was 2.35%,which was lower than 12.20%in the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score after comprehensive nursing was lower than that in the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score with nursing in the comprehensive nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures,relieve patients′anxiety and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
