摘要
通过查阅文献,讨论了混凝土试件成型方法的不同对混凝土抗压强度的影响,对现有标准关于大流动混凝土也采用人工成型的规定提出了异议,试验验证了大流动性混凝土采用振动成型比人工捣实成型更加简便、稳定和振动时间宜控制在5 s左右的结论。
Through consulting the literature,this paper discusses the influence of different forming methods of concrete specimens on the compressive strength of concrete,raises objections to the existing standard that high fluidity concrete is also manually formed,and tests verify that the vibration forming of large flowing concrete is simpler,more stable than manual forming.The vibration time should be controlled in about 5 seconds.
