摘要
目的探讨HPV DNA、HPV 16 E6蛋白、HPV 16 E7蛋白联合检测应用于宫颈癌的临床诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本机构接收的200例宫颈癌活检样本作为研究对象,选取同期本机构接收的200例宫颈上皮内瘤变活检样本作为对照1组,选取同期本机构接收的200例子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术者宫颈活检样本作为对照2组。研究组宫颈癌患者、对照1组宫颈上皮内瘤变患者、对照2组子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术患者均接受HPV DNA、HPV 16 E6蛋白、HPV 16 E7蛋白检测,记录各项检测结果并予以统计学分析。结果组间比较研究组宫颈癌患者HPV DNA、HPV 16 E6蛋白、HPV 16 E7蛋白检测结果阳性率最高(P<0.05);组内比较研究组临床分期Ⅲ期、发生淋巴结转移、脉管/宫旁浸润、病理分型为鳞癌的宫颈癌患者HPV 16 E6蛋白、HPV 16 E7蛋白检测结果阳性率较高(P<0.05)。结论HPV DNA、HPV 16 E6蛋白、HPV 16 E7蛋白联合检测应用于宫颈癌诊断工作中具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of combined detection of HPV DNA,HPV 16 E6 protein and HPV 16 E7 protein in cervical cancer.Methods 200 cases of cervical cancer biopsy received by our institution from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.200 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia biopsy samples received by our institution during the same period were selected as a control group.Cervical biopsy samples from 200 hysterectomy patients with hysteromyoma were used as control 2 groups.HPV DNA,HPV 16 E6 protein and HPV 16 E7 protein were detected in cervical cancer patients in study group,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in control group 1 and total hysterectomy patients in control group 2.The test results were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results HPV DNA,HPV 16 E6 protein and HPV 16 E7 protein were compared in the study group.The positive rate of white test was the highest(P<0.05).In the study group,the positive rate of HPV 16 E6 protein and HPV 16 E7 protein was higher in patients with III stage,lymph node metastasis,vascular/paratymal infiltration and pathological classification of squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05),and the positive rate of HPV 16 E7 protein was higher in the study group than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of HPV DNA,HPV 16 E6 protein and HPV 16 E7 protein has certain clinical value in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.
