蒌香丹通心颗粒联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的效果及对超声心动图参数和血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究蒌香丹通心颗粒联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(SAP)的效果及对超声心动图参数、血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于本院接受治疗的102例冠心病SAP患者为受试对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,各51例。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙胶囊进行治疗,干预组在其基础上联合蒌香丹通心颗粒进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗8周后临床疗效的差异;记录并比较治疗前及治疗8周后超声心动图参数[左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)]水平及血管内皮功能指标[血清内皮素(ET)、血管性假血友病因子(WF)、血管扩张变化率(FMD)]水平变化。结果治疗8周后,干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者超声心动图参数(LVEF、CO、CI)水平均较治疗前显著提升,且干预组明显高于同期对照组(P<0.05);而血管内皮功能指标(ET、WF)水平均较治疗前显著下降,FMD水平均较治疗前显著提升,且干预组(ET、WF)水平明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05),FMD水平明显高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒌香丹通心颗粒联合阿托伐他汀钙可提高冠心病SAP的临床疗效,提升患者心功能,且能改善血管内皮功能。 Objective To explore the effect of Pingxiangdantongxin granule combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(SAP)of coronary heart disease(CHD)and its effect on echocardiographic parameters and vascular endothelial function.Methods 102 SAP patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 51 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium capsule,and the intervention group was treated with Pingxiangdantongxin granule on the basis of atorvastatin calcium capsule.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was compared.The echocardiographic parameters[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI)and vascular endothelial function(ET),von willebrand factor(WF)],vasodilation were recorded and compared before and after 8 weeks of treatment.Level change of tension change rate(FMD).Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the echocardiographic parameters(LVEF,CO,CI)of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);while the levels of vascular endothelial function(ET,WF)were higher than those before treatment.The level of FMD in intervention group(ET,WF)was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the level of FMD was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pingxiangdantongxin granule combined with atorvastatin calcium can improve the clinical efficacy,cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease SAP.
