细节管理在产科护理管理中的作用

The Role of Detail Management in Obstetric Care Management

目的分析细节管理在产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将该院2017年6月—2018年6月收治的80例产妇作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为常规组和干预组,各40例。常规组实行产科的常规护理,在此基础上干预组实行细节管理干预,比较常规组与干预组的情况。结果干预后,常规组的护理满意度为80.00%,干预组的护理满意度为97.50%,相比常规组,干预组的护理满意度高(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组中均未发生的护理差错与护理纠纷,常规组中护理差错为4例、护理纠纷为5例,干预组比常规组优(P<0.05)。结论细节管理在产科护理管理中的应用效果良好,可以促使护理人员养成慎独习惯、树立其具有优质护理的价值观、提其护理服务意识从而保证产科工作有条不紊地进行,且产妇的护理满度高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of detail management in obstetric care management.Methods Eighty women who were admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into routine group and intervention group according to the drawing method,40 cases each.The routine group performed routine nursing of obstetrics.On this basis,the intervention group implemented detailed management interventions,comparing the situation of the routine group and the intervention group.Results After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the routine group was 80.00%,and the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 97.50%.Compared with the conventional group,the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was high(P<0.05).After the intervention,there were no nursing errors and nursing disputes in the intervention group.In the routine group,there were 4 cases of nursing errors and 5 cases of nursing disputes,and the intervention group was better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in obstetric care management is effective,which can encourage nursing staff to develop cautious habits,establish their values of quality care,and raise their awareness of nursing services to ensure that obstetric work is carried out in an orderly manner,and maternal care is high.It is worth promoting.
