探讨PDCA循环法在重症监护病房感染管理中的应用效果

Exploring the Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Method in Infection Management of Intensive Care Unit

目的分析在重症监护病房感染管理中应用PDCA循环法的效果。方法该院2017年1—12月对重症监护病房实施常规感染管理,将这一时间段内收治的313例患者视作对照组。该院2018年1—12月在重症监护病房感染管理中应用PDCA循环法,将这一时间段内收治的461例患者视作观察组,比较两组管理质量。结果观察组1年时间内感染发生率为13.45%,低于对照组17.57%(χ^2=27.690,P<0.05);观察组医务人员手、物体表面、空气、使用的消毒液、器械清洁的卫生监测合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法用于重症监护病房感染管理中能够减少感染发生,保证更高的卫生监测合格率,管理质量更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying PDCA circulation method in infection management of intensive care unit.Methods From January to December 2017,routine infection management was performed in the intensive care unit.The 313 patients admitted during this period were regarded as the control group.In the hospital from January to December 2018,the PDCA cycle method was applied in the intensive care unit infection management.461 patients admitted during this period were regarded as observation group,and the management quality of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was 13.45%in 1 year,which was lower than that in the control group 17.57%(χ^2=27.690,P<0.05).The medical staff of the observation group,the surface of the object,the air,the disinfectant used,and the cleaning of the instrument.The pass rate of health monitoring was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation method can reduce infection occurrence in intensive care unit infection management,ensure higher health monitoring pass rate and higher management quality.
