PDCA循环法在降低急诊检验报告周转时间不及时率中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Method in Reducing the Time Rate of Emergency Test Report Turnover Time

目的应用PDCA质量管理工具缩短急诊检验报告周转时间(STAT),降低STAT不及时率。方法统计2017年1—12月该院检验科急诊检验(肌钙蛋白I、血常规、尿常规、凝血常规、血离子)报告周转时间和不及时率报告情况,对不及时原因进行分析,采用PDCA循环法制定整改措施,将2018年全年数据统计分析与2017全年进行对比,检验PDCA应用效果。结果根据PDCA循环法管理步骤,采取相应改进措施,实施改进措施后STAT不及时率明显降低,从2017年11.98‰降低至2018年的3.06‰,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过PDCA循环法质量管理工具,降低了STAT不及时率,提高了检验效率,从而提升了检验服务满意度。

Objective To shorten the emergency test report turnaround time(STAT)and reduce the STAT untimely rate by using PDCA quality management tools.Methods From January to December 2017,the hospital's laboratory emergency test(troponin I,blood routine,urine routine,blood coagulation routine,blood ion)reported turnover time and untimely rate report,for reasons not timely Analysis,using the PDCA cycle method to develop rectification measures,the statistical analysis of the full year of 2018 and 2017 throughout the year,to test the effectiveness of PDCA application.Results According to the PDCA cycle management procedure,corresponding improvement measures were taken.After the implementation of the improvement measures,the STAT was not significantly reduced,from 11.98‰in 2017 to 3.06‰in 2018.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the PDCA cycle quality management tool,the STAT is not timely and the inspection efficiency is improved,which improves the service satisfaction.
