“教授工作站”模式提升县级公立医院服务能力的实施路径探索

Exploring the Implementation Path of "Professor Workstation" Mode to Improve the Service Ability of County-level Public Hospitals

目的探索“教授工作站”模式提升县级公立医院服务能力的实施路径。方法建立一支合理的高层次卫生人才队伍能提升县级公立医院服务能力。引进医学尖端人才,成立“教授工作站”。结果骨科2016年底与省级重点专科合作成立“教授工作站”,2018年较合作前出院人数上升18.03%,病房床日数上升18.03%,业务收入上升35.28%;内分泌科2018年较合作前门诊量上升12.14%,出院人数上涨19.72%,病房床日数上涨10.74%,业务收入上涨27.75%,协助发表SCI论文2篇,核心期刊4篇,院级科题1项立项;儿科2018年较合作前门诊量上升15.40%;出院人数上升15.40%,协助高质量发表论文1篇,协助科研立项1项;肿瘤科指导全面开展肿瘤精准治疗,开展CT引导下肺穿刺活检术、B超引导下输液港植入术等新项目,指导输液港植入手术数例,并指导完成一篇SCI文章;妇产科“教授工作站”为宫颈癌及卵巢癌、复发性卵巢癌等妇科肿瘤进行诊断与治疗、随访,完成经阴道宫颈冷刀锥形切除术、经腹全子宫切除术,经腹广泛子宫切除术及复发性卵巢癌减灭术等术式。16个教授工作站的运行取得显著成效,就诊患者满意度在95%以上。结论借力优质医疗资源,实施精准性帮扶,提高专科技术水平,提升医院综合实力。为解决县级居民看病就医问题提供有效参考,推动了公立医院改革进展。

Objective To explore the implementation path of the“Professor Workstation”model to improve the service capacity of county-level public hospitals.Methods Establishing a reasonable high-level health talent team can improve the service capacity of county-level public hospitals.Introduce cutting-edge medical talents and establish a“professor workstation”.Results At the end of 2016,the Department of Orthopaedics established a“Professor Workstation”in cooperation with provincial key specialists.In 2018,the number of discharged patients before the cooperation increased by 18.03%,the number of ward beds increased by 18.03%,and the business income increased by 35.28%.The endocrinology department increased in 2018 compared with the pre-cooperative clinic 12.14%,the number of discharged patients increased by 19.72%,the number of ward beds increased by 10.74%,business income increased by 27.75%,assisted in the publication of 2 SCI papers,4 core journals,and 1 school-level subject;Pediatrics 2018 compared with pre-cooperative clinics number of discharges increased by 15.40%;the number of discharged patients increased by 15.40%,assisted in the publication of 1 high-quality paper,and assisted in the research project;the oncology department comprehensively carried out accurate tumor treatment,CT-guided lung biopsy,B-guided infusion port implantation new projects such as surgery,guiding several cases of implant surgery in the infusion port,and guiding the completion of an SCI article;gynaecology and obstetrics"professor workstation"for cervical cancer and ovarian cancer,recurrent ovarian cancer and other gynecological tumors for diagnosis and treatment,follow-up,complete transvaginal cold knife conization,transabdominal hysterectomy,extensive abdominal hysterectomy and recurrent ovarian cancer reduction.The operation of 16 professor workstations has achieved remarkable results,and the satisfaction of patients attending the clinic was over 95%.Conclusion With the help of high-quality medical resources and precise help,the technical level of the specialized department will be improved and the comprehensive strength of the hospital will be enhanced.It provides effective reference for solving the problem of seeing a doctor and promotes the progress of public hospital reform.
