人性化管理在中医护理管理中的应用

Application of Humanized Management in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Management

目的研究观察人性化管理在中医护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月期间该院接收中医临床患者共116例,随机平均分组,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组应用人性化管理,比较两组满意度水平以及临床症状改善情况。结果两组患者的各项临床症状均有所缓解,但根据数据显示,观察组改善效果更好,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者满意15例,基本满意27例,不满意16例,总满意度为72.14%;观察组患者满意21例,基本满意32例,不满意5例,满意度为91.38%。差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.06,P=0.014<0.05)。结论人性化管理应用于中医临床护理管理,能够显著的改善患者疾病状况,还可以提升患者生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of humanized management in traditional Chinese medicine nursing management.Methods A total of 116 clinical patients with TCM were enrolled in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing management.The observation group was applied with humanized management.The satisfaction level and clinical symptoms of improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptoms of both groups were alleviated,but according to the data,the observation group improved better and was statistically significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the control group were satisfied with 15 cases,and the patients were basically satisfied with 27 cases.dissatisfied with 16 cases,and statisfied with 72.14%.The observation group was satisfied with 21 cases,the basic satisfaction was 32 cases,and the dissatisfaction was 5 cases.The statisfaction rate was 91.38%.the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.06,P=0.014<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management is applied to the clinical nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine,which can significantly improve the patient's disease status,and can improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
