摘要
为优化医院人才结构,充分发挥退休人员“余热”,缓解高层次人才不足的现象,医院对部分退休人员进行返聘。该研究从医院实际工作出发,阐述医院的返聘制度和返聘流程,对返聘的现状、合理性、存在的问题进行分析,并提出建议。
In order to optimize the talent structure of hospitals,give full play to the“remaining heat”of retirees,and alleviate the shortage of high-level talents,the hospital will re-employ some retirees.Starting from the actual work of the hospital,the study expounds the hospital's re-employment system and re-employment process,analyzes the status quo,rationality and existing problems of re-employment,and makes recommendations.
