PDCA管理方法在麻醉复苏室气管脱管中的应用分析

Application Analysis of PDCA Management Method in Tracheal Tube Removal in Anesthesia Recovery Room

目的了解PDCA管理方法在麻醉复苏室气管脱管中的应用。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月在该院麻醉复苏室气管脱管的100例患者作为观察对象,并随机分两组,常规管理方法组(n=50)接受常规基础护理,PDCA管理方法组(n=50)在常规护理下采取PDCA管理方法,对比成效。结果平均心率水平、收缩压、舒张压、麻醉复苏室滞留时间、气管脱落、满意度等指标值比较,PDCA管理方法组均显著优于常规管理方法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉复苏室开展PDCA护理管理,可获得良好的效果,可维持患者生命体征稳定,减少异常生命体征的波动,可缩短麻醉复苏室滞留的时间和减少气管脱落风险,同时护理服务工作也更易得到患者的认可,值得推荐。

Objective To understand the application of PDCA management method in tracheal tube removal in anesthesia recovery room.Methods One hundred patients with tracheal dislocation in the anesthesia resuscitation room from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The routine management method group(n=50)received routine basic care,PDCA management method group(n=50)adopted the PDCA management method under routine care to compare the results.Results The average heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,anesthesia recovery room retention time,tracheal loss,satisfaction and other indicators were compared.The PDCA management method group was significantly better than the conventional management method group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA nursing management in the anesthesia recovery room can achieve good results,can maintain the patient's vital signs stable,reduce the fluctuation of abnormal vital signs,shorten the time of anesthesia recovery room retention and reduce the risk of tracheal shedding,and it is easier to get approval from patients of nursing services work and is worth recommending.
