摘要
目的探讨以问题为导向的教学在乳腺癌护理带教中的应用价值。方法2017年3月—2018年5月选择该院护生20名,参照组实施常规的教学方法,研究组实施以问题为向导的教学方法。结果两组护生在护理带教方法满意度方面实施比较,研究组100%高于参照组的60%,比较(P<0.05)。两组护生在考核结果方面相比较,研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将以问题为导向教学模式应用与乳腺癌护理带教可行性强,利于提高护生对理论知识的掌握,并在实践操作中将理论知识灵活运用,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of problem-oriented teaching in breast cancer nursing teaching.Methods 20 nurses in the hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected.The reference group implemented the conventional teaching method,and the research group implemented the problem-oriented teaching method.Results The nursing students in the two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction with nursing teaching methods.The study group was 100%higher than the reference group and 60%(P<0.05).The nursing students in the two groups were compared in the assessment results.The study group was superior to the reference group and(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-oriented teaching mode and breast cancer nursing is feasible,which is conducive to improving the mastery of theoretical knowledge of nursing students,and flexible movement of theoretical knowledge in practice.It is worth promoting.
