摘要
目的评估基于“学习金字塔”理论结合ISO 15189质量管理体系在临床检验实习教学中的应用效果。方法2017年6月—2019年5月选取该院检验科实习的医学检验专业实习生80名,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40名,观察组采用基于“学习金字塔”理论结合ISO 15189质量管理体系的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式实施实习带教,比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、临床实践操作技能、学生评教和教师评学的满意度调查结果。结果观察组实习生的理论考试成绩、实践操作技能考核、实习生对带教的整体满意度客观评价、教师带教满意度评估均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于“学习金字塔”理论结合ISO 15189质量管理体系在临床检验实习带教中的运用,获取了较好的教学效果,对有效提高整体实践教学质量及提升医学生的综合素养起到积极的现实意义。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of the"Learning Pyramid"theory combined with the ISO 15189 quality management system in clinical laboratory practice teaching.Methods A total of 80 medical intern trainees internship in our laboratory from Jun 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the teaching model based on the“learning pyramid”theory combined with ISO 15189 quality management system.The control group used the traditional teaching mode to implement the internship teaching,and compared the results of the theoretical test scores,clinical practice skills,student evaluation and teacher evaluation of the two groups of students.Results The theoretical test scores of the intern trainees,the practical skills assessment,the objective evaluation of the overall satisfaction of the interns with the teaching,and the teacher satisfaction assessment were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the"learning pyramid"theory combined with the ISO 15189 quality management system in the clinical examination practice teaching,it has obtained a good teaching effect,and has a positive reality for effectively improving the overall practice teaching quality and improving the comprehensive quality of medical students.
