摘要
目的探讨文献阅读教学法引入心内科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月在该科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员50名,随机分为两组,实验组25名在规培教学中引入文献阅读,对照组25名采用传统教学模式。通过理论考试和问卷调查评估教学效果。结果实验组理论考试成绩(88.00±4.63)分,高于对照组(84.64±3.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示实验组学员在学习模式新颖性、提高学习积极性、掌握理论知识、提高临床科研思维能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的教学模式相比,文献阅读教学法在心内科规培教学中的应用效果更好,值得进一步探索和推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of literature reading teaching method in the standardized training of cardiologists.Methods A total of 50 students who were trained in the standardized training of residents in the department from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.25 students in the experimental group were introduced in the teaching of the discipline training,and 25 students in the control group were given traditional teaching mode.Assessment of teaching effectiveness through theoretical examinations and questionnaires.Results The theoretical test scores of the experimental group(88.00±4.63)points were higher than those of the control group(84.64±3.57)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group's novelty in learning mode,improving learning enthusiasm,mastering theoretical knowledge,and improving clinical research thinking ability were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the literature reading teaching method is better in the application of cardiology teaching,and it is worthy of further exploration and promotion.
