摘要
该文分析了我国医院人力资源管理特性及应用,以及当前的问题,提出坚持以人为本、制度公平的薪酬分配制度及提出医院绩效考核标准等建议。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and application of human resource management in hospitals in China,as well as the current problems,and puts forward some Suggestions such as adhering to the people-oriented,fair system salary distribution system and the hospital performance appraisal standard.
