摘要
目的了解2017—2018年桐乡市各个禽流感外环境监测点的阳性率相关性特征,为流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法2017—2018年采集桐乡市各个乡镇,街道涉禽场所,采用RT-PCR方法对所采样本进行甲型检测。实验所用试剂为江苏硕士科技股份有限公司生产的核酸试剂盒。用Excel软件进行数据统计分析。结果桐乡市两年共完成外环境禽流感样品总计1180份,分别为2017年610份,2018年570份。其中2017年检测出甲型流感阳性98份,阳性率为16.1%。2018年检测出甲型流感98份,阳性率为17.2%。乌镇与屠甸这两个乡镇近两年检测外环境样本共计246份,其中阳性样本2份,阳性率为0.8%,其他街道乡镇检测外环境样本934份,其中阳性样本194份,阳性率为20.8%。2017—2018年外环境样本根据往年经验,每月检测数量30~90份。其中禽流感外环境阳性率高于平均阳性率的月份主要分布在每年的冬季和春夏之交。结论桐乡市外环境禽流感甲型阳性率总体风险可控,各个乡镇,街道均有阳性检出,乌镇和屠甸两个乡镇与其他地区阳性率有明显地域差异。冬季和春夏之交禽流感甲型阳性率较高,建议重点加强监测和消毒管理。
Objective To understand the correlation characteristics of positive rate of various avian influenza external environmental monitoring points in Tongxiang City from 2017 to 2018,and provide scientific basis for influenza prevention and control work.Methods From 2017 to 2018,all towns and towns in Tongxiang City and street poultry sites were collected.The sample was tested by RT-PCR.The reagent used in the experiment was a nucleic acid kit produced by Jiangsu Master Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.Statistical analysis of data was performed using Excel software.Results Tongxiang City completed a total of 1180 samples of avian influenza in the environment for two years,610 in 2017 and 570 in 2018.Among them,98 were positive for influenza A in 2017,and the positive rate was 16.1%.98 cases of influenza A were detected in 2018,and the positive rate was 17.2%.In the two townships of Wuzhen and Tudian,the total number of external environmental samples was 246,of which 2 were positive samples,the positive rate was 0.8%,and 934 other environmental samples were detected in other townships,including 194 positive samples,positive rate of 20.8%.The external environmental samples of 2017-2018 years are based on previous years'experience,and the monthly inspection quantity was 30~90 copies.The month in which the avian influenza external environment positive rate is higher than the average positive rate is mainly distributed in the annual winter and spring and summer.Conclusion The overall risk of A-type positive rate of avian influenza in Tongxiang City is controllable,and all towns and towns have positive detection.The positive rates of Wuzhen and Tudian towns and other areas have obvious regional differences.The positive rate of avian influenza A is higher in winter and spring and summer,and it is recommended to focus on monitoring and disinfection management.
