高职水电站动力设备专业实践教学体系的构建

Construction of Practice Teaching System of Hydropower Plant Power Equipment Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

加强实践教学,突出技能操作,是高职院校培养适应社会需求的技术技能人才的有效途径,也是目前高职院校教学改革的重点。结合水电站动力设备专业实践教学的现状,针对现阶段实践教学环节中存在的问题,提出重构“大修顶岗、双元教学”实践教学体系,并对过程实施、条件保障、考核评价等方面进行了方法和对策研究。

Strengthening practical teaching and highlighting skill operation are effective ways to cultivate applied and skilled talents of social needs in higher vocational colleges.And they are also the key points of the current teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the current situation of practice teaching of hydropower plant power equipment specialty,the reconstruction of the“overhaul post and dual-system teaching”practice teaching system are put forward.The methods and countermeasures of implementation of process,condition guarantee and assessment are studied.
