餐饮油烟废气降解菌种的选育研究

摘要 生物法降解油烟废气具有处理效率高、投资及运行费用低、无二次污染和较好的除异味能力等优点。本文实验就是从长期受油烟污染的土壤中筛选出一株对油烟有较强降解能力的菌株,并对其培养条件进行优化,得到该菌株的最佳培养条件为碳源2.5g/L、氮源5g/L、摇床转速140r/min,以期为相关工作提供借鉴。 Biodegradation of soot flue gas has the advantages of high treatment efficiency,low investment and operating costs,no secondary pollution and good odor removal ability.In this paper,a strain with strong degradation ability to oil fume was screened from the soil contaminated by oil fume for a long time,and the culture conditions were optimized.The optimal culture conditions of the strain were 2.5 g/L carbon source and nitrogen.The source is 5g/L and the shaking speed is 140r/min,in order to provide reference for related work.
