摘要
本文介绍了广西某退役农药厂污染场地修复工程,通过场地环境调查,确定污染物为砷、氯仿、1,1,2-三氯乙烷、石油烃和治螟磷,修复工程量为2.09万m3(其中污染土壤1.03万m3,异味区土壤1.06万m3)。场地整体采取原址异位的修复技术,单一重金属污染的采用稳定化修复技术,有机污染土壤采用化学氧化修复技术,重金属和有机物复合污染土壤采用化学氧化+稳定化修复技术,涉及异味区土壤采用常温解析。由第三方检测机构对清挖的基坑及处理后的污染土壤进行检测,采集的样品全部达到验收标准,工程的成功实施为同类退役农药厂污染场地修复工程提供了借鉴和参考。
This paper introduces the remediation project of a decommissioned pesticide factory in Guangxi.Through the site environmental investigation,the pollutants are identified as arsenic,chloroform,1,1,2-trichloroethane,petroleum hydrocarbons and strontium phosphate 2.09 million m3(including 10,300 m3 of contaminated soil and 10,600 m3 of odorous soil).The site adopts the original site ectopic repair technology,the single heavy metal pollution adopts the stabilization repair technology,the organic polluted soil adopts the chemical oxidation repair technology,the heavy metal and organic compound combined contaminated soil adopts the chemical oxidation+stabilization repair technology,and the soil in the odor zone adopts the normal temperature analysis.The third-party testing organization inspects the excavated foundation pit and the treated contaminated soil,and all the collected samples meet the acceptance criteria.The successful implementation of the project provides reference and reference for the remediation project of the similar decommissioned pesticide factory.
