摘要
本文主要针对大气环境监测的对象与大气环境保护方案展开深入研究,通过阐述大气环境污染监测的主要对象,对二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒物质的监测进行了分析,然后重点提出了几点大气环境保护方案,主要包括优化能源结构、制定完善的能源结构、加强城市绿化、限制汽车尾气排放、加大宣传和环境执法力度等,将大气环境保护方案的可行性和针对性充分体现出来,贯彻落实好大气环境保护制度,从而在整体上满足大气环境监测的需求。
This paper focuses on the atmospheric environment monitoring objects and atmospheric environmental protection programs.Through the main objects of atmospheric environmental pollution monitoring,the monitoring of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and particulate matter is analyzed,and then some points are put forward.The atmospheric environmental protection program mainly includes optimizing the energy structure,formulating a sound energy structure,strengthening urban greening,restricting automobile exhaust emissions,increasing publicity and environmental law enforcement,etc.And fully demonstrating the feasibility and pertinence of the atmospheric environmental protection program.We will implement the principles of atmospheric environmental protection to meet the needs of atmospheric environmental monitoring as a whole.
