产业园区“三线一单”研究与实践——以某高新技术产业开发区为例

Research and application of“Three Lines and One List”in industrial parks--A case study of an industrial development zone

在长江经济带各省市开展“三线一单”编制工作的基础上,以某高新技术产业开发区为例,探索产业园区级别“三线一单”试点研究工作,将省、市级管控要求进一步细化落实,力求建立包括空间管控、环境准入等方面的“三线一单”园区环境管理体系,为园区落实“三线一单”管控要求提供参考。

On the basis of the“Three Lines and One List”practice in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,took an Industrial Development Zone as an example to explore the pilot application of“Three Lines and One List”in the industrial parks.Further refined the provincial and municipal requirements to the Park.It elaborated the supporting role of“Three Lines and One List”in industrial parks’management system and offered references for the implementation of the“Three Lines and One List” requirements in other parks.
