上海市海洋倾废活动公共信用信息归集及应用研究

根据国家关于海洋倾废活动的有关法律法规规定,本文结合上海市海洋倾废活动管理现状,提出了关于海洋倾废活动公共信用信息归集及应用的设想,通过加强审批、执法、管理三方协同,进一步提高本市海洋倾废活动的管理水平。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of the state on marine dumping activities,this paper combines the current situation of the management of marine dumping activities in this city,puts forward the idea of collecting and applying public credit information of marine dumping activities,and further improves the management level of marine dumping activities in this city by strengthening the coordination of examination and approval,law enforcement and management.
