摘要
近年来,随着国家对大学本科教学质量的重视,本科教学改革陷入"范式"困境。传统的行政管理、教学、教学评价三种范式造成对大学本科教学改革的"常规性制约",这种制约的积累产生"共谋"与"弱者的反抗"等非预期"反常","反常"积累到一定程度产生改革"危机"。通过转换范式,突破范式制约,消解"反常"和"危机",是实现本科教学改革的基本路径。
China’s undergraduate teaching reform is in a dilemma of "paradigm". The three paradigms of traditional administrative management, teaching and teaching evaluation brings out "conventional constraints" in the undergraduate teaching reform. The accumulation of such constraints results in unexpected "anomalies", such as "conspiracy" and "resistance of the weak". When the anomalies accumulate to a certain extent, it will result in a "crisis" of reform. Breaking through "paradigm constraints" and eliminating "anomalies" and "crises" are the basic ways to realize undergraduate teaching reform.
