摘要
再制造业标准化建设需求迫切,应在突出市场决定性作用的同时,更好发挥政府作用,培育技术机构,构建标准体系,促进标准制定与实施,推动中国标准"走出去"。
The standardization construction of remanufacturing industry is in urgent need.While highlighting the decisive role of the market,we should better play the role of the government,cultivate technical institutions,build a standard system,promote the formulation and implementation of standards,and promote the‘outward expansion’of Chinese standards.
