摘要
目的优选马齿苋总黄酮的提取工艺。方法在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken效应面法,以总黄酮的提取率为指标,考察料液比、提取温度、乙醇浓度等的影响,利用紫外分光光度计测定总黄酮的含量。结果确定马齿苋中总黄酮的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶20(g·ml-1),提取温度80℃,乙醇浓度80%,总黄酮的提取率为1.217%。结论Box-Behnken效应面法用于马齿苋中总黄酮提取工艺条件的优选是可行的,模型预测效果较好。
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for total flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea L.by Box-Behnken design.METHODS Based on the results of single-factor experiment,Box-Behnken experimental design combined with response surface methodology was employed,investigatine the solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration affecting the extraction process,the extraction rate of total flavonoids indicators.The total flavonoids content by UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS The optimization processing parameters was as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(g·ml-1),extraction temperature 80℃,ethanol concentration 80%.The extraction rate of total flavonoids was 1.217%.CONCLUSION Box-Behnken experimental designis feasible,and highly predictive.
