摘要
熊文化是史前大传统文化"制器惟象""制器尚象"的文化遗迹。熊的冬眠与复苏成为大地母亲季节物候节气的重要标志,史前居民将熊视为大母神的精灵使者,神熊意象充分体现了大传统文化时代人类的神话幻想特征与自然运化想象。神熊的物候表征与北斗的季节指示极为相似,都成为不可见的神圣力量的外在符号标志。北斗在天体之中位居中央的空间想象,通过神话幻想的文化关联,也转移到了神熊幻象之上,神熊也由此获得了居中的神话空间位置。
Bear culture is a cultural heritage from the Big Tradition characteristic of"only emblematic figures for the construction of implements"and"emblematic figures underlying the construction of implements". The hibernation and awakening of the bear have become an important symbol of the Earth’s seasonal phenology and climate. Early humans of the remote past regarded the bear as a spirited messenger of the Great Mother God. Imagery of the divine bear fully showcases the mythological fantasy and natural imagination of human beings in the era of the Big Cultural Tradition. The climatic nature of the divine bear is very similar to the seasonal indication of Beidou(the Chinese name for the seven stars that make up the Big Dipper), for both are external symbols of the invisible divine power. The spatial imagination of Beidou as the center of the celestial sphere is converted to the illusion of the divine bear through the cultural link of the mythical fantasy. As a result, the divine bear also starts to gain the mythical spatial position in the center of the celestial sphere.
