Advances of application of thermogravimetry coupled with infrared spectrometry technology

摘要 对国内外热重-红外联用技术的应用进行综述和展望。主要介绍了热重-红外联用技术在能源清洁利用、化工及其它方面的应用。热重-红外联用技术应用广泛,可进行定量分析,可同时获得多种小分子气体的红外光谱信息。热重-红外联用技术面临的挑战是难以分析弱红外吸收化合物,难以区分具有相似官能团的化合物,水对红外光谱有很大的影响。解决方案是热重-红外技术与质谱联用,增加被测化合物的分析准确性,采用惰性气体吹扫光学台及样品仓减少对测试结果的影响。热重-红外联用技术的发展趋势是热重-红外与质谱联用以提高测试准确性,测试条件规范化以避免检测误判。 The application of TG-FTIR at home and abroad was reviewed and prospected.It was mainly introduced about the application of thermogravimetry infrared combined technology in energy clean utilization,chemical industry and other aspects.It was summarized that the advantages of thermogravimetry infrared combined technology,which was widely used for quantitative analysis and obtain infrared spectrum information of various small molecular gases at the same time.The development of TG-IR technology also faces some challenges and problems,such as analyzing the weak infrared absorption compounds,distinguishing the compounds with similar functional groups,and the great influence of water on the infrared spectrum.Therefore,the method of TG-IR combined with MS was proposed to increase the analytical accuracy of the tested compounds,and the method of purging the optical table and sample bin with inert gas to reduce the influence on the test results was proposed.The development trend of the combination of TG-IR and MS in the future was put forward to improve the test accuracy and standardize the test conditions so as to avoid misjudgment.
