抗炎生物碱类成分的研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-inflammatory Alkaloids

生物碱(Alkaloid)是一类天然存在的含氮碱性有机化合物。现代药理研究表明,生物碱具有广泛的生物活性,具有抗炎镇痛,抗肿瘤,抗菌等药理作用。炎症反应是大多数疾病的发病基础,且目前炎症的发病率仅仅次于感染疾病,是临床上常见的一个病理过程。通过查阅国内外文献,发现生物碱类化合物具有高强度的抗炎活性。本文针对具有抗炎活性的生物碱类成分进行归纳并概述,以期为临床应用提供保障。

Alkaloids are a class of naturally occurring nitrogen-containing basic organic compounds.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that alkaloids have a wide range of biological activities,and have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,anti-tumor,antibacterial and other pharmacological effects.The inflammatory response is the basis of most diseases,and the current incidence of inflammation is second only to infectious diseases.It is a common pathological process in the clinic.By consulting domestic and foreign literatures,it was found that alkaloids had high-intensity anti-inflammatory activity.The alkaloids with anti-inflammatory activity were summarized,in order to provide guarantee for clinical application.
