摘要 制备灯盏花素聚乙二醇1000维生素E琥珀酸酯聚合物(Bre/TPGS)脂质体,采用薄膜溶剂挥发法,以载药量、包封率、粒径为考察指标,通过单因素分析法研究反应条件对聚合物脂质体制备的影响,对药物与载体药物比为7:100(质量比)、水化时间为2 h、水化温度为37℃等因素,以L 9(33)正交设计试验,确定最佳反应条件。该脂质体制备工艺简单,其粒径、包封率、载药量均可控,并具有一定的缓释作用。 The best processing route of Breviscapine D-alpha-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(TPGS)polymeric micelles(Bre/TPGS)was prepared.Bre/TPGS film was prepared by the solvent evaporation method,using drug-loading amount,encapsulation efficiency and particle size as the evaluation index,the effects of reaction conditions on preparation of polymeric micelles was studied by single factor analysis,the best reaction conditions were studied by L 9(33)orthogonal test design as follows:drug/drug-to-carrier ratio was 7:10,hydration time was 2 h,and hydration temperature was 37℃.The process was simple with Bre/TPGS preparation,its size,encapsulation efficiency and drug loading were controlled and it had sustained release effect.
