摘要
通过提取得到了芦荟、三七茎叶及制何首乌的纯化物,并研究了三种植物提取物对酪氨酸的抑制作用、防晒及保湿功效。实验结果表明,三七茎叶纯化物浓度为0.6 mg/mL,采用紫外分光光度法所得的抑制率最大为88.1%;分段和整体法比较所得的防晒功效最好的物质为芦荟;通过检测三种植物提取物在一定时间内的失水量比较所得制何首乌纯化物的保湿效果最好,失水率为92.6%。总的来讲,具有美白、防晒、保湿三重功效较好的物质是三七茎叶。
Purified aloe,polygonum multiflorum thumb and panax notoginseng were extracted by distillation method and their inhibitory effect on tyrosinase,sunscreen effect and moisturizing effect were investigated.The results showed that the largest inhibition rate of tyrosinase was 88.1%of purified polygonum multiflorum thumb at the concentration of 0.6 mg/mL by UV spectrophotometry.Through sectioning method and entirety method,it was shown that purified aloe had the best sunscreen effect.Purified polygonum multiflorum thumb had the best moisturizing effect through detecting the water loss rate over a certain period of time and its water loss rate was 92.6%.In general,relatively good material with whitening,sunscreen,moisturizing multiple effects was purified panax notoginseng.
