惰性熔融-红外吸收光谱法测定钨钛合金中氧含量

Determination of Oxygen Content in Tungsten-titanium Alloy by Inert Melting-infrared Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 建立脉冲红外吸收光谱测定钨钛合金中氧含量的方法。实验表明:在惰性气体保护下,设置5500 W分析功率,称取0.05 g试样,采用0.3 g镍囊包裹,加入0.1 g纯铜助熔剂,于脉冲红外分析仪测定氧,结果令人满意。该实验方法对氧含量为0.119%~0.241%(质量分数)的试样进行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为2.75%~3.63%之间。在试样中进行氧的加标回收试验,回收率为96.5%~104.4%,表明该方法准确可靠。 The method for the determination of oxygen content in tungsten-titanium alloy by pulsed infrared absorption spectrometry was established.The results showed that under the protection of inert gas,oxygen was determined by pulse infrared analyzer with 5500 W analytical power,0.05 g sample,0.3 g nickel capsule and 0.1 g pure copper flux.The results were satisfactory.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=8)was 2.75%~3.63%for samples with oxygen content of 0.119%~0.241%(mass fraction).The recovery rate of oxygen was 96.5%~104.4%in the standard addition test of samples,which showed that the method was accurate and reliable.
