三乙二醇产品色度超标原因分析和操作优化

摘要 三乙二醇(TEG)产品是环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EOEG)装置一种重要产品,是环氧乙烷水合生成乙二醇时副产品。针对福建联合石化公司EOEG装置TEG产品某时间段色度超标的原因进行分析,得出了造成TEG产品色度超标的两种原因,根据颜色外观不同,可能含痕量亚铁离子,或者含微量影响产品透光度的其他杂质,并对这两种原因分别提出了解决方案,调整操作,最终解决了TEG产品色度不合格的问题,保证了装置平稳生产。 Triethylene glycol(TEG)product is an important product of ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol(EOEG)plant,which is a by-product of ethylene oxide hydration to produce ethylene glycol.In Fujian Refining&Petrochemical Company Limited EOEG plant,TEG product's chromaticity was substandard in some period,the reasons were analyzed,it was concluded that two kinds of reasons caused TEG product chromaticity substandard.According to the different color appearance,TEG product may contain trace of ferrous ions,or contain trace other impurities which will effect the product s transmittance.Then solutions were put forward for the two reasons,respectively,adjust the operation,so as to solve the problem of TEG product chromaticity,stabilize the production of the plant.
