Working principle of extraction column in hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone method was introduced,by alternating the use of operating line equation and equilibrium line equation,composition of each tray can be calculated.Factors affecting the operation of extraction column were analyzed,including extraction ratio,acidity of extraction water,extraction concentration,extraction raffinate,column top interface,temperature and composition of working solution,etc.,then the corresponding control indexes were gaven:extraction raffinate≤0.25 g/L,acidity of extraction water was 0.1~0.3 gH 3PO 4/L,extraction concentration was 28%~33%,column top interface was 5%~25%,temperature was 45~55℃and composition of working solution was 70%:15%:15%.By smoothly controlling various indexes,the extraction column can operate efficiently and stably.
