摘要
为了提高学生对大型仪器在化合物结构表征、性质研究及实际应用能力,利用水溶液回流法合成了Dawson型多酸(NH 4)6 P 2Mo 18 O 62,并利用FTIR、Raman、UV-Vis与CVs对多酸的结构与光电活性进行研究;分别用UV-Vis光谱及动力学法对维生素C光谱检测的检出限、检测范围、响应时间、选择性及可重复使用性进行研究;通过系统性实验训练全面培养学生综合设计、科研创新、实际应用等能力。
In order to improve students ability of the instruments in compounds structure characterization,properties research and practical application,the Dawson-type polyoxometalates(NH 4)6 P 2Mo 18 O 62 was synthesized by water solution reflux method.The structure and photoelectric activity were studied by FTIR,Raman,UV-Vis and CVs.The detection limit,detection range,response time,selectivity and reusability of Vitamin C were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy and kinetics,respectively.Through systematic experimental training,students comprehensive design,scientific innovation,practical application and other abilities were comprehensively trained.
