食品理化分析技术综合大实验教学的利与弊 被引量:1

摘要 《食品理化分析技术实验》是食品专业学生必修的一门专业实验课程。与单一实验教学模式相比,综合大实验教学具有实验安排自由、课程内容丰富、有利于学生时间统筹能力的提高等优点,同时又具有差生跟不上实验进度、“吃大锅饭”的不足。本文结合作者多年的实验教学经验,针对食品专业特点,分析《食品理化分析技术实验》课程综合大实验教学模式的利与弊,并对其内容和教学方式进行了改革,以期达到促进课程教学的效果。 Food Physical-chemical Testing is a compulsory experimental course for students majoring in Food.Compared with the single experimental teaching model,the comprehensive experimental teaching has the advantages of free experimental arrangement,rich content,and is helpful for students to improve their ability of coordinating time.At the same time,it also has some shortcomings,such as difficulty for keeping up with the experimental progress and“eating from the same big pot”.Based on years of teaching experiences,the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive experimental teaching model of Food Physical-chemical Testing were discussed.The reform measures were put forward in terms of content and teaching methods combining the characteristics of the major of Food.Good results in teaching were achieved.
