内河航道发光标牌应用研究

Research on application of inland waterway luminescent signage

内河航道标牌是以形状、颜色、图案和文字向所有过往船舶提供管制、警告、指引功能的助航设施。航道标牌不仅仅是保障船舶航行安全,提高内河航道服务能级的重要组成部分,也是打造综合交通运输体系,提升城市品牌形象战略性资源的有益补充。白天阳光充足照度下,标牌都具有良好的可视距,容易被发现和阅读,而夜晚低照度下,航道标牌可视距不足,部分或全部丧失了它的作用。文章以苏州内河航道为例,基于夜间可视距调查分析了苏州苏西线五福桥段航道标志牌建设中发光标牌设置的必要性。结果表明,在内河航道上设置发光标志标牌,可大大提高夜间可视距,更容易被船舶司乘人员发现和阅读,保障了船舶航行安全。

Inland waterway signage is a navigation aid facility that provides control,warning,and guidance functions to all passing ships by presenting shape,design and text.Waterway signage is not only an important part of ensuring the safety of navigation and improving the service level of inland waterways,but also a useful supplement for building a comprehensive transportation system and improving the city′s brand image.In the daytime,signage has good visibility and is easy to be found and read,while at night,with low illumination,the fairway signage is not visible enough and partially or completely lose its effection.In this paper,taking the inland waterway of Suzhou for example,the necessity of setting up the luminescent signage in the construction of the channel sign in section of Suxi in Suzhou on the basis of night visibility survey was analyzed.The results show that the display of luminous signage on inland waterways can greatly improve the visibility at night and is more easily to be discovered and read by crew members,ensuring the safety of navigation.
