槲皮素对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型的保护作用

Protective Effect of Quercetin on Renal Ischemia Reperfusion Injury in Rats

目的:为证实槲皮素对肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及作用机制。方法:建立大鼠双侧结扎肾缺血再灌注模型,提前一周给予槲皮素保护肾脏,生化试剂盒检测血液中肾功能以及炎症指标,H&E染色和MASSON染色检测肾脏病理变化,TUNEL染色检测肾脏细胞凋亡指数。结果:槲皮素可以显著缓解缺血再灌注造成的肾功能损伤,降低血清中炎症因子含量,减少肾脏纤维化,降低肾小管上皮细胞凋亡水平。结论:槲皮素可以通过缓解炎症反应,减少细胞凋亡,减轻肾脏缺血再灌注损伤。

Objective:To verify protective effect of quercetin on renal ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods:Rat ischemia reperfusion model of bilateral ligated kidney was established,give quercetin one week in advance to protect kidney,biochemical kit detects renal function in blood and inflammatory biomarkers,the renal pathological changes were evaluated by H&E and MASSON staining,the renal apoptotic index were evaluated by TUNEL staining.Results:Quercetin can significantly alleviate the renal ischemia reperfusion injury,decrease serum levels of inflammatory cytokines,reduce renal fibrosis,decrease the apoptosis level of renal tubular epithelial cells.Conclusion:Quercetin works by reducing inflammation,reducing apoptosis and alleviating the injury of renal ischemia reperfusion.
