双跨转子平行不对中故障研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对双跨三支撑转子系统发生转子不平衡故障进而引起联轴器平行不对中的诊断问题,基于有限元分析法,从动力学角度研究两种联轴器的双跨转子不对中的故障机理,列出x、y方向上的激振力方程。研究结果表明:越是接近临界转速,转子的振动越剧烈,轴向和径向的位移越大。相比于正常情况下的转子,不对中情况下的临界转速有着明显降低,且超过2倍频以后,振动不再明显,3倍频和4倍频处有小幅振动。 Aiming at the diagnosis of the parallel misalignment of two-span three-support rotor system caused by the unbalanced rotor fault,it was studied that the fault mechanism of two-span three-support rotor misalignment from the perspective of dynamics based on the finite element analysis method,and the excitation force equations in x and y directions were listed.The results show that the closer to the critical speed,the more violent the vibration of the rotor and the greater the axial and radial displacement.Compared with the normal rotor,the critical speed of the misaligned rotor decreases significantly.After more than 2 times of frequency,the vibration is no longer obvious,and there are small amplitudes at 3 times and 4 times of frequency.
