摘要
应用多孔介质燃烧器在高温下可以分解或燃烧由生活垃圾低温热解所产生的气化气,并除去其中的焦油,而燃烧器内的温度是处理焦油的关键。因此,对垃圾热解所产生含有焦油的气化气在燃烧器中发生的化学反应,及在燃烧器内反应所用的空气量进行了理论分析与实验研究,结果表明:当量比和气体的流速是影响孔介质燃烧器内部温度的主要因素。
Domestic garbage is treated by low-temperature pyrolysis gasification,and its gasification gas has a large amount of tar.The gasification gas produced by the low-temperature pyrolysis of domestic waste can be decomposed or burned by the porous medium burner at high temperature,and the tar in it can be removed.The temperature inside the burner is the key to the treatment of tar.In this paper,the chemical reaction of the gasified gas containing tar produced by the pyrolysis of garbage in the burner and the amount of air used in the burner were analyzed theoretically and experimentally.The results show that the equivalent ratio and gas velocity are the main factors influencing the internal temperature of the porous media burner.
