摘要
为了解黑龙港流域旱地小麦产量及其相关性状的遗传特征,以19个小麦品种为试验材料,对产量及相关性状进行相关分析及相关系数的分解。结果表明:在黑龙港流域生态环境和完全雨养旱作的栽培模式下,株高极大程度上影响着小麦千粒重,进而影响小麦产量。在旱地小麦品种选育时,选择适当高秆,千粒重高,大穗大粒的小麦品种有利于提高小麦产量。另外,黑龙港流域旱地小麦产量相关性状的遗传力均比较高,其性状间的表型相关与遗传相关分析结果基本一致。
In order to understand the genetic characteristics of wheat yield and related traits in dry land of Heilonggang basin,19 wheat varieties were used as experimental materials to make genetic correlation analysis of the yield and related traits and the correlation coefficient decomposition.The results showed that plant height affected the thousand seed weight of wheat and the yield of wheat greatly under the ecological environment and the cultivation mode of rain-fed and dry land farming in the Heilonggang basin.From the breeding of wheat varieties in dry land,suitable high stalk,high thousand seed weight,large ear and grain are beneficial to increase wheat yield.In addition,the heritability of yield-related traits of dry land wheat in the Heilonggang basin is relatively high,and the phenotypic correlation between traits is basically consistent with the results of genetic correlation analysis.
