普通菜豆抗旱性品种筛选

摘要 以20份菜豆品种为试材,采用盆栽自然干旱法研究了干旱胁迫对其干鲜质量、叶面积、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量和光合特性等指标的影响,并通过主成分分析法对普通菜豆进行抗旱性相关指标鉴定,旨在筛选出较耐旱和较敏感的菜豆品种。结果显示,各材料之间存在明显的抗旱差异性;叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量和光合指标与抗旱能力相关,其中,红籽压塌架抗旱性相对较强,新泰国架豆王抗旱性次之,王中王架豆抗旱性相对较弱。 The effects of drought stress on dry and fresh quality,leaf area,relative water content of leaves,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic indexes were studied using the method of withholding water content of soil with 20 varieties of common beans as test materials.The principal component analysis method was used to identify the drought resistance-related indexes of common beans,with the aim of screening out drought-resistant and sensitive common bean varieties.The results showed that there were significant differences in drought resistance among the materials,the relative water content,chlorophyll content,and photosynthetic indicators of the leaves were related to drought resistance.Among them,the drought resistance of the Hongziyatajia was relatively strong,followed by the Xintaiguo-jiadouwang,and the drought resistance of Wangzhongwangjiadou was relatively weak.However,the specific drought resistance mechanism needs further research.
