过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂对蜡样杆菌芽孢杀菌效果评估 被引量:3

摘要 使用过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂及其含量相同的各单一成分(过氧乙酸、戊二醛和过氧化氢)对蜡样杆菌芽孢悬液进行定性灭菌试验和定量杀灭试验,以评价该消毒剂的杀菌效果。结果表明,复方消毒剂、过氧乙酸、过氧化氢最低有效杀灭浓度分别为3.125%、0.125%和0.600%,杀菌最快有效时间分别为5、5、15 min;在分别作用到5、5、15 min时,杀灭对数值均≥5,但0.06%的戊二醛作用60 min时杀灭对数值为4.08,无法有效杀灭蜡样杆菌芽孢。表明蜡样杆菌芽孢在复方消毒剂作用下可被完全杀灭。 To compare the bactericidal effect of peracetic acid glutaraldehyde compound disinfectant(hereinafter referred to as compound disinfectant)on Bacillus cereus spores,the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant was evaluated by qualitative sterilization test and quantitative killing test of the disinfectant and each single component(peracetic acid,glutaraldehyde and hydrogen peroxide)with the same content of the compound disinfectant.The results showed that the minimum effective killing concentrations of compound disinfectant,peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide were 3.125%,0.125%and 0.600%,respectively.The fastest effective time of sterilization was 5,5,15 min,respectively.5%compound disinfectant,0.125%peracetic acid and 0.600%hydrogen peroxide for 5,5,15 min,killing logarithm value were≥5.The killing logarithm value was 4.08 when 0.06%glutaraldehyde action was 60 min,it was not possible to kill Bacillus cereus spores effectively.The results showed that the compound disinfectant had a strong killing effect on the spores of Bacillus cereus,which could provide the basic data for the clinical application of the compound disinfectant.
