新疆齐热哈塔尔水电站电气二次及通信系统设计

摘要 新疆齐热哈塔尔水电站按无人值班(少人值守)运行原则设计,采用全计算机监控系统;发电机、主变压器、220 kV母线和220 kV线路均采用微机型成套保护装置,发电机励磁系统采用自并励可控硅静止励磁方式;电站内部通信设有行政交换系统和调度交换系统,外部通信采用光纤通信和电力线载波通信方式,并经英吉沙220 kV变电站接入新疆省调和地调。 It is designed that the Qi Re Ha Ta Er Hydropower Station is the non-attended(few-people on duty)station and it is adopted the full computer monitoring system.The complete set of microprocessor-based protection devices are adopted to the generator,the main transformer,the 220 kV busbar and 220 kV circuit.The type of the excitation-system of the generator is self-parallel thyristor static excitation mode.The internal communications of the power station consist of the executive exchange system and the dispatching exchange system.The external communication are the fibre-optical communication and the power line carrier communications,and it is connected to the Xin Jiang local dispatching system by Ying Jisha 220 kV substation.
