以班级建设为中心的大学生教育管理模式构建与实践——以合肥工业大学宣城校区为例

The Construction and Practice of College Students’ Educational Management Mode Centering on Class Construction——Taking Xuancheng Campus of Hefei University of Technology as an Example

当前高校的团学工作主要以学生组织和基层团支部共同开展,在传统的运行模式中,存在一些弊端。文章旨在通过构建以班级为中心的学生活动工作模式,更好地开展大学生教育管理工作。在这一模式中,班级既是参加活动的主体,又是活动组织策划不可或缺的一部分,通过“团学组织—班级”进行双向沟通、双向监督,从而提高效率,真正实现大学生的“四自教育”。

At present,the work of college league is mainly carried out by student organizations and grassroots league branches.In the traditional operation mode,there are some disadvantages.This paper aims to build a class-based student activity work model to better carry out the work of college students'education management.In this mode,the class is not only the subject theory to participate in the activity,but also an indispensable part of the activity organization and planning.Through the"league and students'organization-class"two-way communication and two-way supervision,so as to achieve high efficiency and truly realize the"four self-education"of college students.
