How to be a Head Teacher for Post-2000s Generations

大学班主任工作是一项充满挑战性又较烦琐的工作,尤其是对于00后大学一年级新生班主任而言更是如此。为创造良好的班级氛围,并为学生奠定坚实、正确的“三观”基础,大一新生班主任的工作至关重要。文章从00后大一新生特点出发,叙述了高校00后班主任的重要性及班主任应具备的基本素质和能力,提出了做好当代00后大学新生班主任的想法和措施。

Being a head teacher in university is a challenge,especially for post-2000s generations freshman.It is of key importance for freshman to have a better environment in class,and to develop a correct world view,senses of value and philosophy,thus the work for a head teacher is more necessary.In this paper,we described the characteristics of post-2000s generation in university,and then discussed about the importance and principal qualities of being a head teacher for freshman who are post-2000s generations.
